The GYTC8S self-supporting optical cable is an aerial optical cable product integrating the optical cable and messenger strand into one. It uses a stranded loose-tube structure with a stainless steel tube or FRP strengthening member at the center, loose tubes stranded on the outside, and a galvanized steel messenger strand integrated at the bottom of the cable as the load-bearing element. No additional ground wire or messenger strand needs to be erected during installation; the cable can be directly suspended between towers, greatly simplifying the construction process of aerial lines and reducing comprehensive cost. It is an ideal choice for aerial laying in power communication and broadband access networks.
