The 3U 19-inch fixed fiber distribution frame is a large-capacity fiber management terminal specially designed for large aggregation equipment rooms, core data centers, and FTTx network nodes. Compared with conventional 1U products, the 3U height provides much more ample internal space, easily accommodating more splice trays and adapter panels. A single device can achieve centralized termination and scheduling of hundreds of fibers or even 288 fibers. The product uses an all-enclosed metal housing design combined with scientific cable routing channels, providing a safe, neat, and easily expandable physical environment for the fusion splicing, storage, and patching of massive fiber counts.
• Massive termination capacity: 3U standard height provides ample expansion space, supporting up to 288 fibers (duplex LC) or 144 fibers (simplex SC/FC) of large-scale fiber aggregation.
• Fully enclosed dust protection: all-metal enclosed top cover and sealed cable entry holes, effectively isolating equipment room dust and moisture contamination of fiber end faces.
• Scientific compartment management: internal space divided into independent fusion splicing, storage, and patching areas, equipped with large-capacity winding posts and multi-layer splice trays.
• High expandability and compatibility: modular panel design supports flexible later expansion, compatible with various mainstream fiber connectors, perfectly adapting to fusion splicing and pre-terminated solutions.
